Before founding GoldLine Management Group, Justin Shounia and Chris Saroki built Pro Care Unlimited — a Michigan-based home and community care company that grew from an entrepreneurial startup into one of the significant providers in its market.
At its peak, Pro Care Unlimited served approximately 1,600 individuals across Michigan and supported a large workforce that included hundreds of W-2 employees and more than 1,000 caregivers and family caregivers.
Justin and Chris were directly involved in building every aspect of the company — its operations, financial systems, workforce infrastructure, payer relationships, compliance processes, and management team. In 2026, Pro Care Unlimited was successfully acquired by a larger healthcare organization.
Building a company of that scale taught us that successful organizations are built through disciplined operations, financial accountability, strong relationships, and attention to detail. Those same principles guide the way we acquire and manage real estate today.

Justin Shounia is a Michigan-based entrepreneur with extensive experience building and operating businesses at scale. As co-founder of Pro Care Unlimited, Justin was directly involved in growing the company's operations, financial infrastructure, and management team. He brings the same operational discipline and ownership mentality to GoldLine Management Group.
Chris Saroki
Co-Founder & Principal
Chris Saroki is a Michigan-based entrepreneur and business operator with deep experience in building scalable organizations. As co-founder of Pro Care Unlimited, Chris was instrumental in developing the company's workforce, payer relationships, and compliance systems. He applies the same financial rigor and relationship-driven approach to GoldLine's real estate portfolio.
